overveiw;
. Alex is a very laid back person, and very relaxed. Nothing seems to be able to set him off, except for an unfortunate moron lacking common sense. Then again, he may hate you for no reason at all. He has his reasons though, and will rarely share them, simply because if he hates you it's none of your business as to why.
There are times when Alex can be... quite random at times, and be rather dorkish; then again he can also be very morbid, dark, and rather creepy. Alex beleives that he is quite good at shrinking and giving advice, so he usually readily offers it to whoever needs it. Alex could simply care less about what another thought about him; and he isn't one for rumors. Maybe that is because he hates lies, and a rumor is far more from the truth than a lie.
If Alex hates someone, he can play along for only so long, and act as if he and the other were simply 'cool' with one another. He always seems to have all sorts of information about someone nobody knows about. He's full of secrets, and eerie knowledge. Alex Avery is quite aware of the people in his surroundings, and has very acute senses. So he tends to know what's happening, even if he's sleeping. On top of that, Alex lets nothing and nobody put a damper on his mood. Sometimes, if you see him in detention, you may very well know how he got there.
Alex likes a challenge every now and then, maybe one should say otherwise in a sense Alex gets himself into a tangle of dare, bets, and challenges. He can never seem to say no, unless it is unworthy of his standerds; meaning it depends in what type of mood Alex is in.
Being as it is, Alex Avery cannot stand arrogant and thingyy people. They tend to go in the moron section, and in the end, they get what they deserve. Aside from that, Alex is not one to take to humor - even if he is overly sarcastic - as well as others may. He may come off as boring at first, sometimes, but he can be intruging.
crime/s committed;;
. Bank robbery
. Car theft
. Illegal car racing
. Killing his father, Travi Avery
Everything Else[/u]
history;;
Alex Avery was born on November 13th, on a Friday at 3:00Am to both Lexis Avery and Travi Avery.
Alex and his father were never close, his father always gone, returning late at night -- Dean Avery, (his uncle) became Alex's idol in a way his father would never be ; usually their differences collided, causing a arugement that in the end was never settled. If in fact, someone stated Alex acted like his father he would aruge that out -- claiming that he acted more so like his uncle. Or so he wanted to beleive it. His mother was always treating Alex like he was still a 'baby' since he had been thier only child out of three miscarriages.
At the age of twelve, things seemed to went downhill -- especially after Dean's death. He began to steal small various objects, and created more trouble in the neighboor hood than he usually did. The arugements and physical fights between Alex and his father started to boil, until none of them could stand being in the same house at the same time in the same area. This hate became addicting for Alex, along witht the pain inflicted from the physical beatings.
At the age of 20, he shot and killed his father after witnessing his drunk father beat his mother. After the shooting, his mother cursed Alex out, calling him a 'demon', and Alex bitterly ran away from home. A few months down the road he was involved with illegal car racing, car theft, and a bank robbery to top it off. It was during a street race, however, that the police caught him and finally put him in jail for good...

The figure stood hidden amongst the shadows. It was night out, the moon's reflection rippling in the lake. Most would expect one to be asleep at this time of night. Alex however wasn't able to sleep, whenever he did he ended up having nightmares... memories he didn't want to have anything to do with.
Alex sighed, his breath turning to mist in the cold, crisp, night air. Slowly he seated himself, resting his head against the trunk of the tree. There was nothing better to do, at least not now -- until morning. He swallowed, clearing his throat. Not far away twigs snapped under the moving feet of another, catching Alex's attention -- only breifly however. Rolling his eyes, he pressed a knee up to his chin.
He wore no coat, no hoody, for warmth, because he wasn't cold -- even though others did give him weird looks once in a while.
"What are you doing out this late, Alex?" came a familair voice of a girl. He was too lazy, too tired, to even make sense of her words -- or to remember who the voice belonged to.
A mere shrug was given as an answer. "Does it matter?" he asked, bitting his lower lip. He wasn't in the mood to answer questions, let alone in the mood for conversation.
The girl sat down beside him, and offered him a warm smile. A brow furrowed; she was fustrated, and he could easily tell by her body language even if her expression didn't show it.
"Why are you here, anyways?" Alex asked, with a raised brow, however she barely had much of his attention and was likely to never get his full attention -- nobody quite could.
Instead, she shrugged as well. "Why does it matter to you anyways?" she asked, crashing question with question.
Alex smiled, canine-like teeth exposed; he rolled his eyes in annoyance, shoving the smaller girl gently away from him. "It doesn't; I was trying to be polite," he answered.
The girl playfully punched him in the arm, and then they left, Alex chasing after her as they dissapeared into the darkness.
It was then, Alex woke up, sweat dripping from his body as his eyes adjusted to the lighting. "It was only a dream," he reminded himself quietly, laying back in bed.
