Sarah laid awake against her softly plush pillow as she looked over at her window pane. It still had raindrops that slid down against her window and the dew of the cool night. The rain seemed to have come to a sudden stop since she couldn't here the splashing of puddles made by racing cars outside. Smiling to herself , she knew that she was not planning on staying in tonight. Running her hands threw her silky hair , she listened for any random noises , nothing. Sighing , she gradually picked herself up and stood in an upright position. Her head felt a bit heavy , maybe because she slept in long than she had planned. Yawning , she grabbed her Sidekick and checked her phone for any missed messages. "You have no messages." , it read to her plainly. Surprised , she put her phone back down and stood up walking over to a nearby cabinent.
She was in luck that her father was not lurking around at the moment or she would be dead. In her mind she knew that she was supposed to be up and awake for any surprise visits by some of the prisioners or maybe someone hurt on duty. So , of course that ment that she couldn't go into off little dazes like she usually does when she gets bored. Hands on her thighs she moved around the room like as if she was interested in something. Nothing ever happened except the occasional people entering and leaving of course. "May I not die of boredom." , she said to her.
Her hands running threw her hair she glanced back at the window. The weather has still been a dull gray as if it was sad just like her. It woulnd't be a surprise if it was , in most cases she was in a dull mood. Being a doctor was great , but it also had its up and downs. Honestly , she couldn't remember the last time her friends had called and said , "Hey , let's go out." . Maybe its been far to long.
